Okay, this is the short version of the quest guide. It omits almost all of the story-line, but includes all the task details and rewards. I've actually been doing these guides manually before, but finally took the time to write a PHP script that builds these guides for me.

- Some tasks have lower requirements for players that are level 50 or lower.
A group of intelligence agents at the core of our intelligence headquarters have been working together without our knowledge. They've taken things too far, however by infiltrating Crestonia's intelligence agencies and now we've got to explain ourselves.
A cold war is the last thing we need right now, find these agents and set things right.
1 - On the War Path
- Collect 5 Surveillance Cameras, you need eyes and ears everywhere.
- Collect 100,000 coins to fund this man hunt.
- Collect 60 red hearts. They'll help you come out of this PR disaster alive.
Rewards: Elite Light Artillery Vehicle (Tier 5, 250 Strength), Explosive Ammo I, Liberty Bond
2 - Mystery Man
- Collect 10 Pens and Notepads to write down what he says before he hangs up.
- Collect 5000 oil to present to Crestonia as an apology gesture.
- Destroy 40 units to prevent attacks from independent Crestonian militia.
Rewards: Elite Super Lynx (Tier 5 Airship, 250 Strength), Hunker Down I, 5 Energy
3 - Calling the Shots
- Collect 10 Precision Binoculars to keep an eye out for trouble.
- Pillage 50 times to get information on the rogue agents.
- Fight an attack from a group of mercenaries sanctioned by the rogue agents.
Rewards: Elite Condor Bomber (Tier 5, 250 Strength), 100 {Ore}, Evasion I
4 - DOUBLE TROUBLE
- Get 10 Automatic Pistols to protect yourself.
- Earn 250 Black Hearts. You'll need it to take down your best friend.
- Destroy 80 Bombers to protect your empire from Crestonian attacks.
Rewards: Elite Gripen Fighter (Tier 5 Airship, 280 Strength), EMP II, 1000 Wood
5 - TRAITOR'S TRYST
- Collect 15 Bandages to cover the wounds on the agent that was hit.
- Harvest 120 Pineapples to place spy cams in. We need to tape the chase.
- Fight 50 World Domination Battles to build your military strength.
Rewards: Elite Rhino AFV (Tier 5 Tank, 310 Strength), 10 Energy, 800 Oil
6 - Mis-Chief
- Collect 15 Mobile Phones to keep in touch.
- Fight 45 battles in Battle Blitz to prepare for battle with Crestonia.
- Revive 100 Neighbor Crops to win support.
Rewards: Elite Zumwalt (Tier 5 Battleship, 350 Strength), Target Jammer II, 10 Energy
7 - Agent Angst
- Collect 20 Portable Recorders to get his confession on tape.
- Earn 5 Mastery Tokens to build up your rep.
- Place 50 Bombers to protect the chief.
Rewards: Elite Vulture Copter (Tier 5 Airship, 390 Strength), 10 Element Z, Accuracy III
8 - Truce Time
- Arrange for 20 Prison Uniforms for our newest inmates.
- Gain 3 levels in World Domination to become more powerful.
- Earn 450 Black Hearts to make sure nobody tries to mess with you again.
Rewards: Elite Mosquito Infantry (Tier 6, 430 Strength), Field Repairs III, 5 Liberty Bonds
Final Rewards
5 Ekranoplan Blacks (Tier 7 Battleship, 780 Strength) UT24
